I do not agree with over half of what Mr.Obama is saying. Gun control will not help reduce violence. Neither will banning assault rifles with high capacity magazines. Guns are not the problem, it is the person behind it. I do agree that background checks should be more in depth before being allowed to buy certain guns. If you took away the second amendment, or certain style weapons, this country would become a free for all. Crime, burglaries, and violence would escalate do to no personal security at home.
I too as well agree that it is more based on the person behind the gun rather then not allowing anyone to have guns. Its taking away a right that has been allowed for years and the results of any changes would absolutely change the concept that United States is built on.
